Back in ’99 I did some globe-trotting for work…
In May I was in England for a couple of weeks.
And then I jetted off to Amsterdam for a couple of weeks in November.
For both of these trips I acquired local currency – and today while I was doing some paperwork filing I found some of that money stashed in my files…
Unfortunately, since the move to the Euro Dollar, these are now worth almost as much as the paper they are printed on.
Oh well – I’ll add them to the currency I have from other trips, such as Istanbul in ’92…
