Just had my groceries for the next week delivered – lunch meat and cheese, buns, four breakfast bowls, four breakfast burritos, a half-gallon of orange juice, four spicy chicken sandwiches, a gallon of iced tea, two pints of nuclear milk, and two bags of chips – $65.
Back in 2023 I paid $50 for two breakfast bowls, two tv dinners, and some flavored water… So – nature is healing I suppose.
King Soopers (Kroger) also delivers my groceries for free in a refrigerated box truck so everything is still cold / frozen when it gets here – which is infinitely better than the back seat of some clapped out Accord for an $8 fee – so that’s an improvement too.
